SurgiWorld supplies endodontic burnishers to dentists and endodontists across Canada.
What is in the range
The range includes double-ended apical plugger and burnisher instruments in small, medium and large sizes, in left and right versions.
How to choose
Choose the size to match the canal, and left or right to suit the side of the mouth you are working on. Having both versions lets the working end approach from either side.
Clinical use
These instruments condense and burnish gutta-percha at the apical portion of the canal during obturation.
All instruments are made from medical grade stainless steel and can be autoclaved between patients.

Frequently asked questions
What does a plugger and burnisher combination do?
One end condenses the filling material and the other end burnishes it, so a single instrument covers both steps.
Why are there left and right versions?
The angle of the working end differs, so each version reaches canals on one side of the mouth more comfortably.
