SurgiWorld supplies endodontic pluggers to dentists and endodontists across Canada.
What is in the range
The range includes straight apical pluggers and angled apical pluggers in tip sizes from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, including 0.5/0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.5/2.0 mm and 2/3 mm double-ended versions.
How to choose
Match the tip diameter to the canal. Finer tips work deeper in narrow canals, and larger tips condense in wider canals. Angled versions help reach canals in the back of the mouth, while straight versions suit direct access.
Clinical use
Pluggers condense gutta-percha vertically during obturation so the root canal filling fills the canal space.
All instruments are made from medical grade stainless steel and can be autoclaved between patients.

Frequently asked questions
Why are there so many plugger sizes?
Canals differ in width and length, so each plugger is sized to condense in a specific range without binding on the canal wall.
Should I choose a straight or angled plugger?
Choose angled for posterior access and straight for anterior or easily reached canals.
