SurgiWorld supplies root canal spreaders to dentists and endodontists across Canada.
What is in the range
The range includes root canal spreaders with tip sizes of 0.20 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.35 mm and 0.40 mm, plus an ultra fine straight apical plugger (0.5 mm).
How to choose
Choose the tip size to match the prepared canal. Finer tips follow narrow canals, and larger tips make room in wider canals.
Clinical use
Spreaders are used for lateral condensation, creating space beside the master cone for accessory gutta-percha cones.
All instruments are made from medical grade stainless steel and can be autoclaved between patients.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a spreader and a plugger?
A spreader pushes gutta-percha sideways to create space. A plugger condenses it vertically.
Which spreader size should I use?
Use the largest size that reaches near the working length without binding on the canal wall.
