What is in the range

The range includes Goldman-Fox knives 7, 8, 9 and 11, the 15/16 Kirkland double-ended knife and the 1/2 Allen Orban knife.

How to choose

The knife shape sets where it works best. Kirkland knives have a cutting edge around the blade for contouring gingiva on facial and lingual surfaces. Orban knives are spear shaped to reach between the teeth. Goldman-Fox knives are used for gingival incisions and contouring.

Clinical use

Periodontal knives are used for gingivectomy and gingivoplasty, removing and reshaping gingival tissue.

All instruments are made from medical grade stainless steel and can be autoclaved between patients.

Related: Periodontal Scalers, Periodontal Curettes and File and Hoe Scalers.
