Luxator Set, 7 Pieces is built for a staged atraumatic extraction, starting with the thinnest blade to open the periodontal ligament space and working up to wider blades as the tooth loosens.

The set covers 7 distinct blade profiles: a 2mm ultra-thin straight blade for the initial, most delicate insertion, a 3mm straight blade for continued ligament cutting, a 3mm inverted curved blade and a 3mm curved thin blade for lingual, mesial, and distal access, a 3mm double-angled blade for posterior tooth surfaces, and 5mm straight and 5mm curved blades for wider or harder-to-reach teeth.

Clinically, working from the thinnest blade to the widest severs periodontal ligament fibers in stages rather than forcing a single width through the full extraction, reducing the pressure needed at each step and helping protect the buccal plate and surrounding bone. Medical-grade stainless steel, corrosion resistant, fully autoclavable.
