Malo Periosteal Elevator is built with an extended handle designed for full-arch implant surgery, where reaching posterior sites without crowding the surgical field is a real constraint. The added length improves the clinician’s field of vision and reach compared to a standard-length periosteal elevator, which matters most in techniques that place multiple implants across an arch in a single session. It still performs standard flap reflection and periosteal separation, just with more working distance between the hand and the tissue. Medical-grade stainless steel, corrosion resistant, fully autoclavable. It fits the same general size and use category as other periosteal elevators already familiar to surgical teams.
