15/16 Kirkland Double-Ended Knife

CAD 79.99

SKU: KN56K

15/16 Kirkland Double-Ended Knife pairs a broad, kidney-shaped blade on one end with a narrower blade on the other, built for outlining and removing gingival tissue during a gingivectomy. The wide kidney-shaped end is used to make the initial external bevel incision around the facial and lingual surfaces of several teeth at once, covering more tissue per stroke than an interdental knife. The narrower end then follows up on finer contouring work the broad blade cannot reach precisely. Manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel, corrosion resistant, fully autoclavable.

15/16 Kirkland Double-Ended Knife combines a broad, kidney-shaped blade on one end with a narrower blade on the other, built to handle both the initial outline incision and the finer contouring work of a gingivectomy on the same handle.

The wide kidney-shaped end makes the external bevel incision around the facial and lingual surfaces of several teeth in a single stroke, covering considerably more tissue per pass than a narrow interdental knife. Once that outline is established, the narrower opposite end follows up with finer contouring in areas the broad blade is too large to shape precisely.

Clinically, it is used for the external bevel incision and follow-up contouring during gingivectomy and gingivoplasty procedures. Manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel, corrosion resistant, fully autoclavable.
